Our property consultancy can deal with your property probate; our auction rooms can deal with your house contents probate. We work closely with executors, solicitors and families at these difficult times, and pride ourselves on a bespoke professional service, acting quickly and efficiently.
RICS Red Book reports
As Chartered Surveyors we provide formal professional RICS Red Book valuations for both house and contents. Reports are posted and emailed to executors as quickly as possible; small reports and house visits can often be turned round in 48 hours, and we generally aim to have visits and reports back to clients within 10 days. We can then arrange for the sale of items in one of our monthly auctions, or provide a valuation for family division.
Our probate and valuation charges
- Contents valuations — £250 for the first hour, £150 per hour thereafter, plus travel, subject to VAT. Reduced fees may be offered where items of high value come into auction following your probate valuation.

Our probate service covers London and the South West, and specifically Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire. We are 20 minutes from Marlborough and 10 minutes from Swindon, and we regularly travel to London to support clients and families.
